- 3:50 - B&G touch-ups and relax
- 4:00 - Ceremony details and video set up
- 4:30 - Ceremony Begins
- 5:00-6:00 - Cocktail hour for guests and group family, bridal party and couples (romantic) portraits
- 6:05 - Video setup for reception
- 6:15 - Grand Entrance, 1st Dance, TBD blessing/prayer
- 6:25 - Dinner Service Begins
- 6:55 - Toasts/Speeches
